The Riverside Inn

I really liked the rooms, I thought they had a lot of character and was very quirky. I was also relieved that there was no noise from the pub which was one of my concerns and I definitely got a good nights sleep

Shower was very low for my partner but it didn't bother me as I do like a nice hot bath.

Good location for us, good food and beer. Don't do breakfast but lots of nearby options and they kindly provide tea, coffee and biscuits. Despite being in a pub, the room was quiet.

Pub toilets at the bottom of the stairs have been very smelly both times we've stayed

Location,cleanliness of room,housekeeping excellent ,with plenty of clean towels,tea coffee and biscuits.

The guest entrance and exit to the stairs to the room is next to the pub customer toilets and unfortunately there was always a bad odour.

Room was very comfortable and in a warm loft. Staff excellent, food good value.

Only issue really was the parking was tricky. Not a lot they can do except give more info in advance

The food was lovely & the staff were so friendly & helpful. They went out of there way to help us with everything.

Nothing

For a converted mill, with rustic style it ticked all the boxes, maybe de-creaking the floorboards would be an idea. Oh and make sure you have your Netflicks and Prime log in details as they are available ona great TV, but you need to confirm them.

menu was a bit basic and they don't do breakfast (it is only 6 rooms though and pub based)
