Bed in room 2 springs coming through mattress needs new mattress

I love the location. The bed was comfortable.

The showr had a weird noise and was disturbing the other person in the room who wanted to sleep .

I honestly loved everything about my stay, The building is charming, the food in the pub was absolutely amazing, everyone in our group highly rated the food! The rooms were gorgeous. Some rooms you could here the noise of the people in the bar below but it was muffled but come 11.00 it stopped. I know this as my family had booked all rooms so we all had a look around each others room. I have to say they were all really lovely. My room at the top was very quiet and beautiful, possibly a bit dark for some but you have the bright bathroom to get ready in so for me it was perfect,I even extended my stay as the trains weren't running properly. I can't wait to go back to stay... The staff were lovely also. A very nice stay

The stairs to the bedroom but it can't be helped and was actually good exercise. Helpful staff offered to take my baggage up for me! I did say no😊

The toilets of the pub downstairs next to the door to the accommodation smelt like they needed a good bleaching

Great location. I can get dinner at the pub and watch football. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Huge tv. Great hot drinks selection.

I was at first floor room 2. It’s an old property and everything creeks. I have the feeling the bed located right under the upstairs tv and I can hear clearly what they were watching! The entrance to the accommodation is via the hall at the downstairs pub which also where the toilets are and it reeks on urine smells. My mattress was not comfortable at all. I can feel the spring digging on my ribs! Also I don’t find anywhere to hang my clothes.
