"If you love good food, beer, atmosphere and hill walking this is not to be missed."

Clean, comfortable and modern room. Lively characterful pub with friendly welcoming staff serving excellent food and drink. There’s even a micro-brewery on site. A comfy bed and undisturbed sleep rounded off with a fabulous full English breakfast. Dog friendly with a walk round the castle grounds just round the corner. Highly recommended and will visit again as soon as possible. We had a 10/10 stay-over.

Nothing: perfect in our eyes!
