Hostal Oscar Inn

- We were given a different room to what we booked (booked a double room, received a twin room) - Dated decor/furniture - Scarce breakfast

everything was ok, except for the shower was cold + 4th floor with no elevator (the front desk agent helped with the suitcase).

Cleanliness: Stained and dirty carpets. Moldy bathroom walls, floor and ceiling; bathrooms smelled like mold and just dirty. Dusty furniture in room. Plugged shower drain. Staff: one of them was helpful, but totally lacked customer service habilities. The other ones were below average. They kept pushing very hard to sell me an extra package for a tour, I felt uncomfortable. One of the staff members had horrible BO. Smelled like he had had a bowel movement accident. The whole area smelled horrible. WiFi didn't work my whole stay. They charge for everything. To use an iron, hair dryer, extra towel, etc. Extra small, barely working and old tv. I will not go back. And would absolutely not recommend it. I think it was a good hotel at a time many years ago, and they are just not keeping up and cutting corners to save money.
