"Great countryside hotel in a tranquil location. The staff were brilliant."

The room had a lovely view of the countryside. It was very clean. Staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast menu was really good.

The door lock was hard to use and the off button on the shower needed attention.

"Lovely Inn in a lovely location"

Fabulous location surrounded by countryside and quiet and peaceful. Food was delicious both evening meal and breakfast and staff were friendly and welcoming.

We were in room 5 at the top, lovely beams and velux windows but unfortunately these don't open and on one of the hottest days the heat was rather much, like being in a sauna, a fan had been provided but just didn't give any relief. I am 5 foot 2 and hit my head a few times on the beams.

"Relaxed retreat"

Lovely quiet location. Very quirky accomodation. Pie and pint great deal. Breakfast very good. Having fans in rooms great as heat wave made sleeping almost impossible

No shower, bath with shower attachment. Impossible to regulate the water temperature
