"Lovely short stay using it as a base to explore southern lakes"

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Good choice of food and drinks- breakfast was exceptional. Locals were friendly. Rooms were clean and functional with great views across the fields and forest.

Stay was too short- will be returning later in the year- can’t wait

Amazing stay one of the best I've had on this NC500 trip, beds warm and cosy and the rooms are larger than expected cannot complain in anyways lovely locals and food

The staff were amazing. Location was fabulous for us on The Bay Cycle Way. Food was ok, but slightly stodgy.

As said previously, issues with bathroom taps, no shower head. Toilet struggling to flush. Bedroom missing a bedside lamp, very uncomfortable pillows and low ceiling is a danger. Not enough coffee/tea/milk sachets in room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Beautiful location and nice and quiet.

No shower in the room, only a bath. Fitted plug in the sink didn't work, so struggled to mix hot and cold water in the sink. A lot of TV channels didn't work in the room.
