Nothing to complain about

No coffee facilities in room or available in hotel. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Meals in bistro great, but no coffee!00

Room temperature was too cold, no extra blankets or pillows available in room, no side table or lamp beside bed, very basic. I had presumed that a queen room would have ensuite bathroom, not shared. Floor cold and had to get out of bed to turn off light. Would prefer to be able to ring and talk to someone so questions could be asked and answered before booking, I would have upgraded to ensuite if I knew the situation.

Great tidy room, shared bathroom was fine and always clean, pub downstairs is mint.

The location was perfect. Chai bar attendant was very nice and really helpful.
