White Lion Hotel

In the area away from the restaurant side, the floor was not cleaned. There was a lot of food on the floor and tables even the morning after which should have been cleared daily.

Perfect location for where I was travelling, the bar/restaurant was lovely and so were the staff. The bed was very comfortable also. I loved the fact you had a choice for breakfast as a fussy eater the typical “buffets” are never ideal for me 😇

Beautiful, old property.

The bathroom in our room wasn’t the cleanest.

We travelled with dogs and so had sit in the lounge for meals, instead of the restaurant. Then the serving staff forgot we even existed. A three course meal took well over two hours. Breakfast was similar but slightly faster as we told them we were in a hurry and got up to order.

Staff didn't seem invested in the place at all

Bed was an old, seen better days bed, with a price of hardboard under the mattress as the base had gone through
