This was a great pub stop-over on the South West Coast Path walk. It's a VERY old pub with wonky walls and great character - as you would expect from a building over 2-300 years old - we loved it! The Staff were awesome and the room was exceptionally clean. We were in room 7 and had to move the pillows to the bottom of the bed so our heads were higher than our feet (like camping) because the floor sloped downwards towards the head of the bed. Not an issue at all - the bed was still comfortable. Also, a great wee breakfast in the morning to set us on our way.

Central location, good atmosphere in the pub.

Bike storage was very limited, there was no help with putting the bikes away. Additionally, the staff were late arriving for. Doing breakfast.

A beautiful olde world Inn. Full of character and charm. Room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Lovely breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
