Andy was very helpful with suggestions on what to do around the area. A quiet retreat at the end of the day after exploring to relax. A short walk to the cliffs to watch the waves crash in. Clean, comfortable and affordable all in one! This was our second time staying with Andy, he makes everything great. Have a problem - Andy will fix it!! Maholo, hope to see you again in the future

Great host, clean and comfortable room, quiet neighborhood, and we were able to book at the last minute.

No tv or a/c, though neither were huge issues since we were only staying one night. It was also kind of hard to find the property at night.

Our unit was clean and well supplied and so was the laundry room. Liked that there was ample parking and at no additional cost.

The unit was very small and without air conditioning. Security screen door to unit could not be locked and the exterior light to the unit was not operational, had they both worked properly we would've felt much safer.

Very clean, if cozy. Andy, the host, is very helpful and accommodating when needed but definitely allows you your privacy. The breeze is so refreshing and you can hear the ocean waves.

The room is small and not really for hanging out, but we stayed in a balcony room and the balcony was large and relatively private. You will hear the people in the rooms next to you.

Just like the comfort of home. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and rooms. Bed was super comfortable, washer and dryer for free to use. Parking, eight next to the ocean. Couldn’t ask for a better place tow to stay. Host is very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Peaceful and quiet location. Easy access. Owners are gracious and friendly.

We needed a last-minute booking, and Andy responded quickly. He was actually a life saver for us as it was late afternoon when we discovered our original booking was unsafe. Andy greeted us and got us situated. The Inn is in a residential area with beautiful homes. We felt very safe and slept with the patio door open. There is a cute balcony and an ocen breeze that eliminates the need for an airconditoner. We felt the location was perfect for exploring the Hilo side of the island. There is also a beautiful ruggedshoreline area to explore, which is only a 5 minute walkaway.The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable . We were happy with every aspect of our stay. Highly recommend 👌

Andy was very helpful with great tips about the area and the check in was very smooth, even though we arrived quite late (10 pm). The room was as advertised, very clean and comfortable bed. The bathroom was very well maintained and spacious. Loved the location, it was perfect for us to be immersed in nature close to the ocean. Pro tip: rent a car to move around it’s the best way to see the island!
