Is very nice very wonderful and I was quite placed with the property and the owners that I would stay there again and again if I’m traveling to the other side of the island, thank you for a beautiful visit Serena

Great location for walking the coast. Right next to Maku’u beach, a favorite and special place for locals.

We didn’t pay attention to the room size we reserved which was smaller than the others. No TV which should be a huge plus but not for my husband.

Comfortable room and responsive host.

It was perfectly clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very quiet. Lovely balcony with Comfortable furniture. Outside patio. Laundry area. So clean and organized. Was very very happy.

Exactly what we needed to wait out a storm between nights we were camping. Amazing views nearby.

We wish there was access to a barbecue.

It was close to cliff walking at Makuu Point

I didn't realize there would be no cooking available

Great and relaxing location, close to ocean and at night you hear the sound of birds.

The property is great and 100% what I want in a vacation stay for a family of 5. The location might seem a little "out there" from Hilo, but you're a short drive some groceries, coffee, restaurants, etc. that are in Kea'au. It is a great jumping off place for getting to Volcanoes National Park. The walk to Maku'u point is easy and provides a spectacular view.

We did find some crumbs that looked like were just missed in the last clean up, and there was a dirty wine glass in the cupboard (dried red wine in it). Minor in my opinion because the rest of the place was very clean and well taken care of.

The room is clean and the location also good. It recommends a suitable place to live while traveling in Big Island.

Location was great, patios were fenced in so safe for toddlers, ample parking, nice level backyard for kids to play, roomy, comfortable beds, very clean.

None of the outside doors and sliders would lock; kitchen could have used some oil for cooking, containers for leftovers, electric kettle top was broken so unusable; bathtub drain clogged in one bathroom; had to search for a broom and dustpan — would have been nice to have those in the unit.
