It was in a quiet and safe location. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen had everything necessary to make coffee in the morning.

The room had an oscillating fan, but a ceiling fan would have been perfect to move the air better.

No breakfast was provided; doing so would increase the value proposition of the property. I thought the location was closer to a swimmable beach; this proved not to be true. Otherwise, location wea satisfying.

The room was small but perfect, easy and comfortable. There are chairs on the lanai just right for feeling the breeze and listening to the surf crashing a block away. You can hear the surf all night singing you to sleep.

Owner was great and accommodating. Room was clean and had everything you would need. We especially enjoyed balcony time listening to the birds.

Would have enjoyed air conditioning but understand it's just not a thing there. We were provided with a big fan that did the trick and had no problem sleeping

Very friendly and accommodating host, clean, large, apartment, relatively quiet (except for Coqui frogs at night, but we knew that). Full kitchen, so we could easily make our own breakfasts and get out early.
