The place was very quiet for how close it is to the busy beach. I loved chilling out in the courtyard

Location is perfect. About a 8 minute walk to the ferry and right across the beach. Host provided water, beach chairs and a beach umbrella, and even accommodated our luggage as we had a later flight after check-out. Host was friendly, kind and responsive. We appreciated all of the details. Everything felt very thoughtful. The pool/garden area felt private and relaxing. There is a lovely cat Mochi who greeted us upon arrival and she was super sweet. Building felt secure. We would definitely return!

Nothing really! If I had to be picky, it would have been nice to have a slightly thicker blanket for sleeping as we were given just a sheet (I understand it's a hot climate). It was fine.

The apartment was relatively clean. There was a cute house cat who was very friendly and enjoys the company of strangers.

The drainage/sewage smell is a major issue.

This hotel is * * * * * + for it's location and facilities better than the five stars hotel. We had all we needed (to prepare our meals, to relax on the beach with chairs and umbrella including the beach hat, to watch Netflix, to seat at the lovely garden with swimming pool, having available drinking water and tea or coffee, to dry our hair or iron our clothes, to keep our things in a safe box, to read their books all in air conditioned room with free WiFi). This hotel pays attention to the details, they provide you with the ergonomic mattress as well as pillows with a very good quality bed set (for those who knows what is over 200 thread counts). The room is very clean and spacious. Owners of this place are very nice couples. TBH, we did not expected that much. We as a family will definitely be back there.

The location is perfect and very convenient, in the center of the island, in front of Playa Centro and 5 minutes walk from Playa Norte. It's 17 min from the ferry. Riccardo was very kind and helpful.We asked if we could leave our luggage for a bit longer to enjoy a bit more from the island and it was no problem at all :) A huge terrace available, nice if you have your breakfast. The pool was clean and nice. Availability of an beach umbrella and two deckchairs in the room to take to the beach. Very helpful and appreciated service. Highly recommended!

The property was very clean and a good location everyone was very helpful and we were even lucky to have an early check in.

Nothing at all - it was a bit noisy overnight but it was a Saturday evening and because the location is very central this is understandable.

Perfect location straight across from beautiful beach walking distance to everything. Beautiful ocean view. Amazing hosts. We will definitely return

The manager was SO helpful in many ways. He gave recommendations on local restaurants, helped us immediately when we needed anything, allowed us to extend our stay easily when our plans changed and was generally just a very nice person. The room is on a very busy main street, so noise during the day and weekend nights is something to consider. However, once you get in the room, it's pretty quiet and the fan, AC, beds, pillows, shower, and other amenities were outstanding. We used the provided beach chairs, towels, and umbrella every time we went to the beach. It was a super comfortable stay, and the room was so cute. I loved the balcony too where you could see part of the sunsets. And the location was PERFECT. So close to the ferry terminal, steps to the beach (so close that we would just go back to the room to use the bathroom when needed), so close to shops and the best restaurants on the north end. And the courtyard WOW. It was like a little oasis--perfect for escaping the crowds and noise to read a book or swim (we didn't use the pool, but it looked great) or just sit with coffee. And Mochi the resident cat was very sweet. 10/10

Noise on Saturday night from the beach party was intense, so bring earplugs and a sound machine. With those, I slept fine! But I would have been hurting without. Security during the day could have been a bit better...our room always remained locked, but the main door to the foyer wasn't locked during the day. I think I would have preferred that it had been. Other than that, nothing!
