Fabulous location - 5min walk from ferry terminal. Lovely and clean.

Location was near Playa Norte and there was a view from the balcony!

Noise from street traffic was the only major downside

It was spotless and enjoyable. Excellent view!

Cleanliness and proximity to beaches

Property easy to walk to from ferry. Ease of access & communication with owner. Overall, relatively quiet, although it’s not the owners fault, when the locals like to crank their music at the beach it can be heard inside the room. The backyard area with pool is a lovely quiet spot to retreat to if you don’t want to go to the beach. The pool is warm & clean Free water is great as I didn’t have to purchase any plastic bottles my entire stay. Wifi was great, able to easily stream on my laptop, Netflix is available for free on the TV. Close to Playa Norte, restaurants, laundry can be done close by, groceries available nearby and of course an abundance of restaurants. I stayed for 12 nights and have booked a stay again on August. For the price & the area, it is great value.

The hot water in the shower was unpredictable but it wasn’t a big deal to me but it might be to some. No complaints otherwise

Great location across street from Playa Centro Beach. Staff, Ricardo and Damaris, were great…very responsive. Good basic room with comfortable bed, great AC, nice shower and loved the balcony. Also loved the beach chairs and umbrella and having purified water available. Overall this property worked well for our two week first time trip to Isla.

Nothing major. Some noise with people partying across street. Using white noise app on phone solved that for us.

Super nice location and, although it’s on the main street, it’s quiet. The room is very comfortable and spacious, and it was spotless!

Fantastic location. Spacious. Great shower & AC. Responsive hosts. Lovely balcony for morning coffee. Proximity to beach was unbeatable.
