GBIt had what we needed for an overnight stop before early Morning ferry to Tioman - shower, bed, etc. location is 5 mins walk from jetty.
It’s a budget hotel - low value low expectations which we’re met. Places to eat limited but 7-11 across the road.(and KFC) next door.
