Large bedroom, with nice views. Excellent sauna, usually to ourselves. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Good location, very near centre but quiet.

Location

Reception was closed in the evening, lounge had very limited for an evening in, no coffee or tea making facilities in the lounge or bedrooms. Very basic.

The hotel is close to the gondola.There was a great selection at Breakfast. The availability of the sauna at the end of a skiing day was most welcome.

"Great hotel for your ski trip"

The staff of the hotel was great! The first morning we were at breakfast we asked for fresh OJ which they didn't have. We came down the next day. the fresh OJ was waiting for us at the table :) Also, we got little treats for Christmas morning which was lovely. Thank you very much! The other great feature of this hotel is the closeness of the Penkenbahn lift - it's literally 2 minutes walk, which is very convenient!

The sauna facility has no policy around 'nakedness' and most of the night when we were trying to go, there were always nude men and women, so it's not exactly family-friendly and if you are not from the 'nude' culture, I would stay away from the sauna.
