The hotel has a great location close to the bus stops and the main Penkenbahn gondola. The owner as well as the staff are helpful and welcoming. The family room we stayed in was clean, warm and quiet. We also greatly enjoyed a fresh and delicious breakfast.

"Great hotel in the perfect location"

Great nice and cozy hotel , very close to the elevator. Every single thing was great, including great Wi-Fi, hot water 24/7, nice breakfast. suits for the price. hostlers were nice and gentle.

The only negative thing is the stream in the shower that was a little bit weak.

Everything was OK but to start serving breakfast at 07:30 while the lifts open at 07:30-08:00 is definitely NOT GOOD.

The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is great and the beds are comfortable. The sauna is amazing.

There is no kettle or tea service in the rooms, and the hotel lobby is kind of "closed" from the afternoon, so it is very boring at nights and there is no place to sit with your friends

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is in a quiet area but close to the main street for all bars, restaurants and shops. The sauna area of the hotel is wonderful and the hot drinks that are provided in the sauna area are a nice little touch. The Penkanbarhn is but a short walk downhill. The bonus for the hotel is the bus stop about 30m away from the Penkanbarhn/Ahorn if walking is not your thing.

I found nothing wrong about the hotel or resort and this was down to it being in the top ten ski resorts in Europe. The resort is popular so booking meals in the restaurants a few days before is a must. I have been to the resort many times and still have not gotten into Restaurant El Toro.

location to ski lift, reasonable breakfast and excellent spa facilities

pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable
