the staff was excellent. although their English is limited, they have put lots effort to help us. truly appreciated!

wifi connection got often disconnected. there is no tv inside the room. The location is quite far away from the city center but fortunately there is a direct line :)

The room itself was very nice. Spacious and the bed was comfortable. I mistakingly booked thinking it had it's own bathroom and the bathroom was shared which isn't great but the bathroom itself was very nice and clean

I arrived late at night. I was given a code to access a key from a lockbox. However, the staff had forgotten to put my key in the box. This is acceptable on its own but what was unacceptable is that there were ZERO ways to contact the hotel. The phone numbers I had either didn't work or they rang and no one answered. I could actually hear the phone ringing in the office on the other side. Mistakes happen but this was 9 pm in pitch black in the housing estate way out of the city center. It was by pure chance that someone came along and was able to give me my key so that I could get into my room at which point I had been standing around for about 45 minutes. The man who did let me in though was extremely polite. There was also no kettle or TV in the room. I didn't come abroad to watch TV but little things like that I find are actually really nice to have for the noise in the background especially if you are on your own.

i hated the property, it is surrounded by residential apartments not a scenic place

the breakfast is not so good. the butter is served cold and is like a block. they could’ve at least served it at room temperature for easier spreading. the hot chocolate is barely hot. waste of money.
