Warm room, clean and the staff was very attentive. The courtyard was very well kept and the food portions were great and good value.

It has nothing to do with the stay itself, but more of notice for families with small kids: dear parents, educate your children, day and night we heard screams and kids running around in the rooms at 2 AM. Maybe the staff can also point out more some common sense rules for the guests, it's a pity being in such a lovely place and having to deal with 10 noisy children for 3 nights in a row.

Location is fairytale like, i really liked the outdoor area, the thoughtfullness of organising a fire on a cold evening, the lights and the sound if tge river

I feel like a mirror in the room would have been nice.

The food was good. The forest right next to the location was great. Nice personal. Quality materials used to restore this property, I can't understand why the so much needed insect screens were not added to the windows.

Fixed menu and not very cheap for what it offered. We were able to change the room but we were asked to not use the extra bedroom. (we had a reservation and apparently we would have been given a room from the last floor - for sure we couldn't have used this one because it was very hot - even in the new room). Missing windows insect screens - during one night we were not able to sleep because we had 12 flies in the room. We were not able to take the route marked on the panels because there are a lot of aggressive dogs along the route.

Lovely place! We went there a second time because we like it a lot.
