Hotel Ristorante Schlössli

Everything was as it should be, clean and nice. The garden was also good. The atmosphere nearby was also worth seeing, I would like to be there once more!

Terrible noise from the church. Every 15 min from 7 a.m. They dont have double bed. Onlly twin.

Location wise it was very good, just next to the Meggen Schlössli bus stop, clean room, very nice privacy and security. Very friendly staff. Overall quite a nice stay.

Room size could have been bigger. Beds were not very comfortable. We got two single beds, instead of one double bed.

The owner made us feel very welcome. Really good value for money Bus stop outside the door to Luzern town centre - no 24 Breakfast full continental with refills if you needed it. Would definately stay again

The location was good with handy shops and cafe nearby. Bus stop just outside to town centre. cleaner was helpful and nice. Nice walk to lake.

Could not be called a hotel, more like backpackers motel. Somewhere ok for one night at a push. Hard beds. No kettle, no fridge little room for luggage. No aircon would be horrid in hot weather, boxy. Bland and dated. TV volume set to barely audible and could not change. Bloody clock tower right next door going off every 15 mins and chiming lots on the hour, very disturbing. Hosts did not ask once how we were, in fact on day 3 we asked for assistance with taxi booking and he asked were we staying there? Only concerned for restaurant attached which was very expensive. Would really like a refund. Am annoyed at booking.com for not replying to my customer service request. Would not recommend to anyone.

Basic clean room with private facilities attached to a popular restaurant. A bus stop for direct services to the main station and town centre (15 mins) is a few yards away. Friendly owner and staff. Good pasta and pizza restaurant, copious dishes.
