GBJust what we needed for a one night stay.
GBThe staff were very friendly, helpful, the rooms were clean, comfortable, food was extremely tasty but long time in coming.
Having to wait very very long time for food if one of our group had not been in bed we would have eaten elsewhere. We expected noise staying in pub, the outside bedrooms had total noise outside, loud talking until 12.15 so hard to sleep, the upstairs room above pub bar was totally noisy until 1am people talking so loud the person in bedroom could hear the conversation so he could not sleep. We would not stay again after midnight loud talking, noise to late for us to go to sleep we will avoid staying in pubs again..

GBGBThe bedroom had plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. Double bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. It was nice to have ground coffee available and also decaf sachets. The room was easy to heat up too, very cosy.
Disappointed not to find any biscuits to have with our drinks. The single bed wasn’t very comfortable, some springs were sticking up in just the wrong places. We knew there was no breakfast during the week and were told about the deli nearby but a lovely cooked breakfast when away is something I would want next time.
GBEasy to find. Super friendly staff and locals. Accommodation in converted stable block a little tired but very comfortable and welcoming. En-suite had heated towel rail. Really nice cooked breakfast and tasty evening meal.
En-suites would benefit from new mastic and more modern shower. Would have liked a few more choices on the menu (don’t have steak as a regular choice).
GBGreat breakfast and evening meal. A lovely walk nearby to exercise my dog. Staff are always friendly and accommodating.
GBShower was lovely. Pub was fab. Didn't eat there but menu looked good! The coffee in the room was amazing!
