The location was ideal for our visit to Rutland. The staff were all very friendly, and the room was very comfortable. The food was excellent.

"Wonderful escape in Seaton..Rutland"

The apartment was excellent but would recommend rugs beside the bed as the floor was cold. The breakfast was superb as were all the members of staff we met. Evening meal was taken on both nights & indeed it was superb. Located close to Rutland Water ,Uppingham ,Oakham & Stamford.

Couldn’t really fault the whole experience WILL BE BACK !!!
