The Tides Inn

Location was closest to the activities in Seward, Alaska.

We stayed in Unit 6. The carpet could use a deep cleaning - it was filthy. The mattresses were not so comfortable to sleep in. The non-stick pan was not suitable for cooking - most of the Teflon coating had eroded already. The room was a bit too small for 7 people. The blinds were not dark enough to prevent the constant daylight from streaming into the room. At least one of the rooms are not properly ventilated.

Location was the best. You could walk many attractions, and restaurants.

More kitchen things we cooked a lot.

Convenient location near restaurants and shops. Pete was so nice and helpful in recommending local places. We stayed in the family room and it was large enough for the 5 of us. Full kitchen and grocery store around the corner. Very clean. Will definitely stay here again!

Location was fantastic, room was neat and clean. Staff member that we met was very helpful.

Ensuite bathroom in one bedroom was a bit difficult with two couples not related. A separate bathroom would have been more functional. Or at least one with 2 entrances.
