"Prefer not to book again"

Prompt response from the manager to confirm the booking

The manager confirmed on phone that there was ample parking space, however when we reached the location we had to struggle to find a space for our car and it caused inconvenience to the pedestrians. We were told by the reception later that the parking would be available at night and till then we have to park on road at our own risk. We dropped the idea of staying in Chennai and headed for Hyderabad straightaway.
