At reception I feel very good due to well behaved and with my language.

The fan was not working, they told us to leave the key with them and they will get it fixed. When we returned in the evening, the fan was not fixed. Very bad service and the rooms are very dirty and the staff are very rude they cheat you on the prices and they say there is parking but there is no parking you have to park on the road. Best avoid this place even if you have to 500 extra please pay and stay else where

Location

The staff wasn't polite. They need to mention very clearly if the room is ac or non ac as they charged us for using the ac...even though we booked ac rooms.They do not accept advance payments for booking the room which is a disappointment as we were unsure of our stay. The room was not clean. There is no parking!

Their decorative flashing lights were reaching the bed and harming sleep. Parking on open road made the vehicle too dusty
