We have frequently booked this hotel for the last two years and never had a complaint. But this time the staff at the reception was too rude. In spite of him knowing Hindi (was speaking to the boys in Hindi) ,he was reluctant to speak to me in either Hindi or English and was very rude saying either take the room or leave. The room was too smelly as if lots of cigarettes were smoked and the room was kept closed. Only the old person who is operating the lift who recognises us was the only person helping us.

Even though booking was confirmed the staff didn't allot any room and said it was not confirmed, they refused my confirmation when I showed them the confirmed status in the app, too arrogant on phone and in person at the hotel and told me to book another room with a higher tariff
