The Captains

Phill, Madara & the rest of the staff were personable and approachable, food each day was always filling and tasty, the atmosphere in the downstairs restaurant was like bathing in your favourite warm homemade soup and the room was comfy and relaxing. It's approximately a 5-10 minute walk from the coastal paths, and the 81 bus is frequent. Other bus stops are easily walkable also.

Water pressure on the shower could have been better.

Bed was comfortable

Quite dated and more like a B&B, not a hotel.

Breakfast was good, but I was the only guest 4 days out of 7 and initially the full range on the menu was not available. Had to request that they made sure my cooked breakfast was really hot, as this was not always the case. Also had to request a pot of tea and hot water as the thermos flask provided for tea making was definitely not hot enough. Staff were very helpful and did there best to meet my requirements.

Breakfast was superb. Staff really friendly and efficient. Great location with a good bus service and a stop right outside the Inn.

No hint of a criticism from me.

Breakfast 10/10. Bed very comfortable . Very quiet in all respects. Dinner was first class Very clean. Friendly Staff . Nice ambience.

Will struggle with that one.
