Super breakfast and friendly staff

Little bit tired

Large room, great for 3 adults or small family. Iron and ironing board, lots of storage. Lovely food and plenty of choice. Great staff. Easy parking. Great location for travelling around the island,

Unfortunately the kitchen fan system does make a noise that can be heard from inside the room. It is only between the hours of 7.30am and 9.30-10pm so didn’t affect our sleep.

We liked the easy check-in process. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The full English breakfast was a 10/10. The room was equipped with the essentials. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on during our travels.

The stairs are very steep, especially if you have luggage. The room at times was musty and stuffy.Would have been nice to have a little fridge to keep our water and cold drinks cold.

Cleanliness is important to me and the queens was beautifully clean. There was an excellent choice for breakfast and an extensive menu available for dinner . The hotel is situated on a bus route and it is possible to get anywhere on the island from outside the premises. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

I have no negative comments to make

Wonderful stay at the Queens Inn. The room was clean, smart and very comfortable. We asked for a room with twin beds and this request was accommodated efficiently. We needed to leave the hotel before breakfast was being served one day (a bank holiday I might add), and the member of staff on duty very kindly offered to make us some food there & then to take with us in lieu of this. All the staff we met were friendly and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Queens Inn and would not hesitate to return again in future.
