"Very good"

Staff absolutely great, very friendly and polite. Food at the restaurant was also great, but there are little options to choose from. Otherwise, clean and tidy.

Very nice atmosphere, the host is very nice and they are very caring!

It smells a bit because of the kitchen, would be more to be isolated. Also the towers are kinda stinky haha please wash it properly :)

In a good location up the mountain it is difficult to find up a narrow twisty road

Smell of fat fryer throughout the hotel. The hotel is very dated and not very clean. Bed linen and towels were clean. We did not want to leave the hotel to go out for dinner due to the twisty road and the distance to the restaurants so ate in food was poor due to everything being cooked in the fat fryer and your plate swimming in fat. Breakfast wasn't much better.
