"Beautiful nature, but no sauna"

The staff was friendly, nature around the guesthouse is gorgeous. The mosquito nets on the windows kept the mosquitos out. The balcony was quite mice.

The page said there was a sauna, but it when we arrived there they said it isn't working. It would be nice if the owners mentioned this EXPLICITLY on their advertisement, because we booked the room because of it. We also cycled up the steep hill to the guesthouse only because of it. Also, there was no kitchen in our room and no coffee maker.
