Location of the property which ia close to establishments.A few minutes by car that is. It's clean. And the staff are kind and helpful.

- Water coming from the faucet/shower smells like rust - We booked 2 triple rooms and 1 single room. The triple rooms were fine and decent/clean but like what I said,it's the smell of the water. The single room aside from the rusty smell of the water,the room was a bit old.No toilet seat,mirrors were old. Bathroom was old.

value for money, the main building was a 5minute walk from the reception building (the one pinned on the map) it was okay since i love to walk, there are a lot of stores along the main highway, although you need to walk to the main highway for a ride going to where you want if you choose to commute, area was quiet and calm, ac were working, they have hot n cold shower as well and comfort room was spacious

You booked this place because you were looking for a budget room. If you don't like it here, then you should have booked a much more expensive place in the first place. For a Filipino budget single room, it's excellent. Small room, but comfortable and practical set up. Attached bathroom, table and a chair, hooks, hot shower, towel, soap and shampoo supplied. Everything is spotlessly clean. The rooms all open up to a common balcony. Lots of charging outlets, also by the bed, and there's a shelf there to put your things on. Excellent WiFi. Very friendly staff who speak good English. Nice restaurant/ bar area, where they also sell all sorts of snacks and any essentials you might need. It's a bit far from the bus station, but don't complain about the lack of tricycles on the road outside. Tricycles are on GRAB in this town!

The designated smoking area was pathetic! I just happened to find out, but the good rooms are where the hotel is marked on the maps, while the budget rooms are in the Annex/extension/subdivision marked on the map as Guevarra restaurant, 200 meters down the street...and that's where the restaurant is as well. Need to clarify this on the web page.

I booked this place for my hubby and his colleague for a work-related trip. per to them, the place is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended! The only minor issue was the weak water pressure in the shower. Also, they accept late check-in, they reached the facility like 1:00AM They also mentioned that the tapsilog was tasty and affordable, and the parking area felt safe and secure
