I like that the room is cold and the staff are nice. The wifi is fast too, it was very helpful with my work since I checked in for work. The food is affordable and nice too.

I don't like the water, it smells rusty. Also, the walls are a little thin that I can hear the drunk man next door while I work (I work at nighttime) as well as the heavy rain outside.

Location was the primary criterion when I booked

The room was cramped (maybe 8 sqm). LInens/towels were old and worn out. FAucet water had a unpleasant taste/odor (comes from a stainless steel tank on the rood deck) and clearly not for drinking. But there was no provision for drinking water
