Nice spot.

Beautiful and clean room. Great location for walking anywhere in Mazunte and catching transportation.

My room was very hot all day and all night. The building seems to retain heat. My 5-day stay would have been greatly improved if there had been a communal refrigerator to store breakfast basics or leftovers.

Roosters at 430am, dogs barking at 6am, traffic at 7am. Messy common areas, rubbish and dogs lying about. Fans in room very noisy. No glass or flywire, just louvre shutters so noise from animals and traffic

Very friendly and hospitable staff. A great option for the price! Also great location close to the centre of Mazunte

I really appreciated the great location, central, easy to get to beaches nearby. The room was very confortable. Housekeeping everyday. Although air conditioner would have made a huge difference to sleep. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

The room got very hot during the day and it was difficult to cool it down
