It’s NOT a premier inn, it’s an established pub with rooms, friendly staff, fabulous food, clean rooms but an old building, it’s got character & the Sunday was full of diners, drinkers having a great time, Even the Lancashire barman/Landlord was great 👍🏽 All good from me

A great wee hidden gem. The staff where fantastic and friendly. Would certainly book again. Not far from city centre by bus if having a meal and a beer. Not the city centre high prices. A clean room great staff and great breakfast. Highly recommend and will be back when visiting Edinbrugh.
