The New Inn

The staff was super super friendly. We received a very warm welcome and were taken care of with much personal attention throughout our stay. The food was also excellent with, to our surprise, plenty of vegetarian choices. We had an excellent stay in this typical English Inn.

I was in a twin room - Possibly better if the bed is made into a double or at least given the option of having bed made up as a double.

A bit noisy as is obviously above the Pub but quietened down after 11pm

A cosy room in a great pub in the lovely village of Sandwich. The breakfast was superb. Ideally situated for exploring the area or taking a trip into the surrounding countryside, thanks to its central location in the village

My room was a good size and lovely and warm! I was delighted that there was a bath as I needed to relax properly after a long day. The meals were excellent and I was provided with oat milk when I needed it at breakfast. It was good to be central as I was meeting a friend in the town the next day. Even though it was central it was nice and quiet at night, so I slept well. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I'd forgotten there wouldn't be a lift.
