Property was okay, we were able to come and go as we pleased.

Property was very basic, cleanliness was a VERY basic level. It was a shower in a room with a shared toilet but did what we needed

"Average - great location, but facilities were all outdated"

Great location and very easy to come and go as I pleased.

Shower facilities were poor, room was extremely dated with all sorts of marks up the wall, communal toilets were dated and grubby. It could do with a good freshen up.

"Exceptional"

The room was a good size with plenty of places to put clothes. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Perfect location right next to the train station and the beach And a short walk to the town center. Room had a nice little information booklet in it which was a nice read and gave me some nice places to go. The price was really good for the amount I got as well a really good bargain for the area as well.

We liked the location in relation to the beach and town. Nice room but needed updating eg some features not working. Staff were really lovely.

Very noisy from the karaoke/music of the pub. Monday - Sunday night we heard loud music until 12am and then people shouting in the streets (racist stuff). Loud bikes and cars going past. Room was very hot so needed the window open. Lamp and ceiling fan not working. Curtains were sticky and electrics possibly need updating.
