位置佳，離宜蘭車站很近，附近也有東門夜市。混宿背包房在2026年初新開幕的二館，就在一館斜對面。床鋪很好眠，上鋪樓梯是階梯式。衛浴空間在門外。前後皆有交誼廳，有電梯和天井。

房內有掛勾沒有衣架，需另向櫃檯借用。浴廁空間稍嫌狹小，水漬容易噴到外面。
