地點位置完美，即在火車站正對面的巷子頭；訂房不附早餐，可加購早餐，但加購早餐價格偏貴，建議至周邊店家或至宜蘭特色早餐店用餐即可。房間內的床非常舒服，躺下去就完全不想起來了，且毫無異味。作為背包客旅店，上下鋪的床位空間狹小到讓人充滿安全感（這是稱讚）。

房內廁所的洗手台非常狹小> < 但可以理解是為了將房間空間留給更多床位而做的選擇。浴室內雖然有衛生紙，但吸水性不佳，若改成擦手紙、紙捲兼有會更好。此外，大部分占用浴室的人都把時間浪費在吹頭髮上了，若能換個功率大點、風力大點的吹風機就好了。
