Cold Creek Inn

Room was clean.

Parking was too tight or not near your room. Train went by, shaking and very noisy multiple times, including at 530 am. Ear plugs were provided in the room but wouldn't have helped. They might have helped with hearing other guests on the boardwalk way outside the room. Dog area was useless and other guests left their dog poop in the high grass so I didn't want to walk into the grass with my dogs. I had stayed at a motel 6 a few days earlier and it was 2/3 the price and much nicer and quieter, including the dog area.

We did not do the breakfast, but it was our 2nd time staying at Cold Creek. It is our must-sty whenever we pass through Mt Shasta. We appreciated the ability to accommodate our late arrival (9pm).

Love the cozy location, friendly staff that interacted like real people, place was clean, checkout was easy, what can I say, I’d stay again!
