Well cared for older motel on the edge of town. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, quiet neighbors

There is a train track nearby but the noise from the trains is not loud or disruptive. The motel provides earplugs in the room just in case.

I love that the location has a beautiful view of the mountain behind it. The woman at the front was lovely and the room was very clean. It was quiet and serene.

I find the price for the room a little high for the amenities.

The room was extremely noisy. Right behind the wall, there was a laundry room and an ice machine that regularly started making a very loud humming noise. Because of this, I could not comfortably stay in the room during the day or sleep properly at night. Apparently knowing about this issue, they left some cheap complimentary earplugs in the room, but they did not block the noise at all. There was also a coffee machine and tea bags in the room, but no complimentary bottled water. I am not used to drinking tap water, and having to drive to the nearest supermarket just to get clean water felt unreasonable. If all of this sounds acceptable to you, then feel free to stay at this motel.

One night, I finally had enough and called the hotel representative around 11 PM, asking for permission to unplug the ice machine. They flatly refused. I then asked to be moved to another room, but they told me there were no rooms available and that if I did not like it, I could check out of the hotel right away (AT 11 PM!!!). I found this treatment of a guest completely unacceptable.

No Breakfast, It was close to where the quilt retreat was.

Easy walk to town and nature spots. Staff was very nice and accommodating to our requests.

I like firm.beds, and the beds were soft.

Excellent location! So near to the downtown. Great view of Mount Shasta ! Property was clean and had all amenities.

The shower was a little small. I felt like Will Ferrell on Elf. Haha!!

Even though the room was small, we were treated like royalty—it had everything we needed.

The bed was not as confortable as expected.
