Great location, the beds were very comfortable, the place was very clean.

There are a number of things that need attention: The batteries for the safe were dead, we called about this, got no response. The bathroom faucet leaks a lot of water, this will lead to big problems if not addressed. Both shower and tub floors are extremely slippery, someone could be injured getting in and out. Shower door doesn't totally close, resulting in lots of water on the floor. No A/C in the bedroom, so it's much warmer than the living room. We had to use the portable fan to be comfortable at night.

Great location, super clean, easy check in and out process! Would definitely stay again!

Had issue with the emails coming to give us the access codes - when we showed up we had no way of getting in as there is no management on site at the Inn. Tried calling one of the representatives. Left several messages, never heard back. Fortunately, after an hour, we tried the second number and the person did pick up and texted us the code numbers. When we got inside it was getting dark because of the delay and a couple lights didn't work because they were unplugged. I'm guessing the cleaning people unplugged them to run their vacuums or something and never put them back in. So had to fumble around with the lights from my iPhone to find the lights after tripping over a stool.

Location, location, location. Very clean property in quiet historic neighborhood.

Patio door could use a privacy screen, however I am pretty sure the owners took care of it by now

We loved the location. It was walking distance to the wharf, shopping and dining.

Parking is terrible. There are only 3 spots allocated to the home. The correspondence i received prior to my stay stated "first come first serve" but I took that a preference to the spots allocated, not "we only have 3, best of luck". The nearest overnight lot is by the wharf and it was $88/night. All other parking near the home is street parking, but the city signage states that the street parking is by permit only for home owners.

Loved the suite and location fireplace

We booked there for the hot tub and were sorely disappointed the jets didn't work. We should get a partial refund or discount on a future stay, don't you think! It was our honeymoon. We will be in contact.

The location was great. It was up a few streets from the waterfront, so it was relatively quiet. We never used our car. We were able to walk everywhere. From the mansions to the wharfs. It is a fabulous weekend getaway. We enjoyed all the Christmas events happening, and the dining experiences were so fun! We were on the second floor. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The coffee bar was perfect, the coffee and the fixings were available. We brought our own tea and hot chocolate. A small refrigerator is provided. It was a code entrance. It was very easy to come and go. Bring your chargers. There are no usb plugs.

The bed is very, very firm with memory foam, so it wasn't uncomfortable, but I would prefer a little softer. My husband said it took a minute to settle it.

Loved the location and the fireplace. We were close to all restaurants, coffee shops and attractions.

Only a minor thing wish they had a TV in sitting room also
