Karen was a great host. The house with very clean and comfortable! Great location to everything and was a perfect experience!

The location and parking could not be more convenient in my opinion. The suite itself was spotless, beds and linens are high quality. Lots of towels available. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Karen is very responsive and made up our rooms daily.

I didn't realize the included breakfast is self-serve - meaning you have to cook it yourself. There is the Franklin Spa right down the street and they make an excellent breakfast, so just go there. There was also only one hair dryer for both bathrooms - only an issue because we were two women and had to share it as we didn't bring our own. These are both minor things and don't affect my recommendation to stay here if you can.
