Management was very friendly and helpful. He gave great restaurant recommendations.

blinds and coffee maker were broken. very minimal. no bedside table. overall it was meh..

Location was convenient since it was right by downtown. Rooms were cutely decorated.

The first room (the one we originally booked) was in the middle of the property managers home and office. It’s was very nosey till late. When we mentioned it the manager he was rude to us, but they did move rooms for us.

The location was nice kitchen is alittle small the fridge froze all my food and drinks I had in there

The walls were PAPER THIN, and the rooms were either too hot or cold. We heard every word of the conversation of the other room

Plenty of in-town options to walk to very easily. Staff was friendly and accommodating! The room had lots of character/history for Estes park and the winter season, during which was our stay.

The wi-fi went out one evening but it was hardly an issue since we are adaptable.

very nice room, spacious set up, cozy cabin feel.

the office was closed when we arrived and most of the time throughout our stay so it made the check in / check out process more difficult. the hot tub was closed throughout the entire stay ( which is one of the reasons we originally booked this property!)
