How close to town it was and having a little kitchen

Close to downtown Estes Park . We could pretty much walk to anywhere we wanted to go from this location . Room was very clean !

The road construction was literally outside our door . We had to park at at an angle and we’re awoken several nights by heavy equipment . One morning about 2 am it sounded like the excavator was going to crash into the room and run through the building . The road construction is diw to redirecting traffic flow for Estes Park as is no fault of the lodge . I would have appreciated it being noted at the time of booking heavy road construction in the immediate vicinity . The mattress was not comfortable but I am extremely picky so my opinion maybe biased .

Great location- easily walk to town! Comfortable and cozy. Friendly, helpful staff.

Location

We had no heat in bedroom - had no heat until the portable heater was found in closet - no pans in kitchenette! Towels were gray! Parking was terrible! Chris the Manger was a jerk told us we paid for a room not a parking place as he took the last parking place right in front of us !

Fridge kept our water cold.

It was dirty. The room stunk, blinds were missing sections so anyone could see inside our our street level room. It looked nothing like the pics on the internet. The bedding was all stained or dirty already.
