Nice place. Great location. Friendly staff. Great value.

Location was great

It's an old building but smelled very musty, couch and chair was filthy, bed was like sleeping on plywood, it was over priced for what we got but it is walking distance to the main road with restaurants and shopping.

Location was excellent, close to everything. Staff was very accommodating when we needed to check out late.

Construction everywhere, but improvements were needed.

Parking was great. Our location was great as we walked where we wanted to go in Estes. Onsite management were great!

The property is suffering from Construction projects and has many unwanted objects lying around. The lodge we were in had a private patio in the back and it was not friendly to use. Table and chairs need replaced. Piles of leftover "Junk" needs removed. I don't think the hot tub is usuable

Management was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Refrigerator in the kitchen was great for leftovers.

No A/C Very noisy road construction late at night and early morning, but not the hotels fault.

The location is perfect, you can park your vehicle on site and walk to many spots of interest

Ariel rugs should have 2 sided tape, potential trip hazzard, would hate to see someone fall

The cabin was clean and the bed was comfortable

This place was very overpriced at half the cost of $420 per night. I can overlook the fact that the street outside the lodge was undergoing construction as was the landscaping, but the remodeling that had been done to the room was done on the cheap and counterintuitive. Few cooking utensils in the kitchen and refrigerator with no ice maker. I and my friends who stayed in another room were very disappointed. Booking.com needs to seriously look into not listing this property until it is either brought up to par or price of room is drastically reduced.

I liked the location, close to the downtown.

Very very small one room, smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Windows binds were broken and not completely closing. One of the upper door lock was broken. I felt like people could see from the wondow and anyone could break the door. Window curtain would have been appropriate. Also no TV remote. It was just not appropriate to price
