Downtown Inn

The place is located in a residential peaceful area next to a supermarket and many restaurants. The woman in reception was super nice, she helped us with everything and the reception is open 24 hours. The room was very nice , clean, it looks like they did a renovation and I am very happy that the floor was ceramic (no carpet as in other places). Good shower, hot water and the room had a microwave and fridge. Super useful!!!! I definitely recommend it. Very good quality price .

Clean, comfortable, and good location with easy access by bus. Receptionist was nice.

A few, big, dead bugs on the floor, but otherwise clean.

The motel is a very good location. 10 mins walk to the old town and quick bus ride to down town. Friendly owners.

The motel really needs updating. However it is clean and ok to stay

Not a great neighborhood, the motel is old and run down, you get what you pay for here. It was quiet and a decent price for a night's stay.

First, the price was astronomical for the value of the facility. Clearly prices were raised during the annual balloon festival. I've stayed at five star hotels for less. The real issue was the bed bugs- my husband's head and neck were destroyed from bed bugs (we captured on video, but don't think we can post the video here). We checked the bed upon arrival, but he forgot to check his pillow and voila! Both of us up in the middle of the night covered in bites (which took forever to heal). The same front desk woman who was so sweet upon check in quickly changed. She offered to refund us 1 of 2 nights, I demanded the entire refund (come on, that's the very least you should do...I should have charged her for the ( even more astronomically priced) hotel we had to book at the last minute because of this fiasco, as well as the laundry fees for having to completely disinfect all of our belongings).

There was nothing I liked about this property.

The location was in a terrible part of town. The property looked like it was built in the early 1900s and not maintained at all. We were given our "breakfast" in a brown paper bag when we checked in.
