Visions Inn

I like that it was super close to the baseball Hall of Fame and right in the heart of Cooperstown

The room was very clean except for the toilet It was filthy, the shower is super tiny as well as the shower head was terrible It was one of those tiny little money-saving shower heads that made it difficult to take a decent shower

The property was fine. It was well appointed and clean. It was large and cheery.

There is no one on site— not a problem, the the big hotel where we received the keys etc was definitely in need of better receptionists. The incoming woman did not give me the key, only the directions and coupons. When I returned to get the key the male was rude and through them on the counter. No one mentioned that we were to park at our room letter/number. Another person staying there clued us in.

Fantastic location; spacious room when traveling with two teenagers; the coupons for the Lake Front Restaurant were greatly appreciated (and it was a delicious breakfast). Fresh towels were brought to our room for our second night, which doesn't happen a lot these days at other hotels.

Unfortunately the weather cancelled the boat tour, so that coupon for a free passenger went unused. It would be nice if there were an ice machine at the Visions Inn; it's a bit inconvenient to walk to the Lake Front Hotel to get ice.

Very good food and lot's of it. Great service from friendly people! The rooms were very large and comfortable. Lot's of room for a family.

No ice machine in the unit we were in. The television was small.
