The furniture in the room needs to be refreshed.

Perfect location, Cooperstown is gorgeous. Close to cafes and the beautiful Lake.

Very outdated decor and stuffy. Comfortable beds but very noisy fridge and old aircon. Also no tea or coffee facilities at all, just paper cups individually wrapped in plastic - not eco friendly at all but seems to be the norm in America!!!

Very conveniently located to the Little League Hall of Fame (a half block). Private parking space by the room. Coupons to dinner and boat ride.

Rather dated furnishings. Not a convenient check-in (a block and a half away at another property).

Proximity to both the hall of fame and the lake

There is a glass door on the bathroom and the door is directly in front of the toilet. Having to go to the other hotel is cumbersome.

No breakfast provided, $5 vouchers given for each of us (3) for dining at Landing Restaurant.

Wow, the cost for this lodging was...ouch! And not even a coffeemaker or free water bottles in the room. The only redeeming quality of this place was its location to the NBHF, the main attraction. However, for the total charge of a 1-night stay $336.28 (taxes incl) was exorbitant when we entered the room and smelled it...like old milk, maybe fungus? Wanted fresh air to circulate but the window screens are not in good shape. The 2 bed mattresses definitely needed replacements (lumpy ), the carpet removed/replaced, bedsheets/duvet replaced and remove the plastic decorative flower centerpiece along with the old couch as both were sources of allergens for both my husband & daughter. It seems that most of the interior (bedding and couch) was over a decade old. Sorry to be so harsh but really, if it weren't for our last minute decision to visit NBHF, on our route to attending a family wedding, we wouldn't have stayed here. And oddly, the charge on our card is from "Motel 6", the chain known for its cheap by the highway lodging ---"We'll leave the light on for ya'" ad from the 80s/90s. Yes, my bad on this one.

Steps away from the Baseball Hall of Fame and downtown. Large room with two queen beds. Quite area.

The room. No heat when we checked in. Thermostat practically hidden behind the TV stand. Had to go back to the Lake Front Hotel where you check-in to get the heat turned on. No phone in the room (pay phone outside the room in a lobby area.) One small trash can in the room. No tissues in the room. Hair dryer broken and not replaced even after we let the front desk know at the Lake Front Hotel. For the size of the room the TV is very small. No guests allowed in the room at any time or you will be asked to leave. Ice bucket in the room is small. Worse yet it you want ice you have to walk back to the Lake Front Hotel. Front desk at the Lake Front Hotel just didn't seem to care.
