La cercanía del hotel, las habitaciones tipo cabaña, que nos ayudaran con la petición durante el desayuno por el cumpleaños de mi hermano. La variedad durante el desayuno, la comida fue lo mejor, estuvo deliciosa.

Que no tuviera ventilador una de las habitaciones (servicio ofrecido) y no nos dijeran nada con anticipación. Aunque el personal fue muy atento pienso que necesita un poco más de capacitación en servicio al cliente sobre todo en la manera de responder a ciertas solicitues o dudas. Entiendo que es un hostal pero de todas maneras el servicio al cliente importa.

Perfect staff—helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Pleasant room with air conditioning, large windows overlooking a courtyard garden. Located in the city so some traffic noise, but terrace seating and great shower with hot water. We had delicious Ecuadorian food for breakfast in a nice setting with many plants. Our room was in the back building and had a comfortable bed. Also runs an ecolodge 15 minutes outside Puyo which we will try next time we visit Amazonia.

Only reason did not rate as 10 was the traffic noise which is to be expected in a city setting.

El baño fue usado mientras no estuvimos. Las tuberías olían mal. No había agua caliente. Fuimos dos y recibimos una toalla solamente.

Breakfast has great options! Staff was gracious, kind and helpful. Soap and shampoo were given. There was hot water for showers.

The staff was nice, The room was clean. The lobby and dining room has a nice atmosphere.

The room was very small, moldy and very noisy from the street, even with closed window. Breakfast was basic.
