Great staff gave extra towels when needed

Bed wasn't very comfortable

Single bed was ok

Mould on ceiling and shower walls. 2 lights didn't work. Thin blanket on bed and no spares. Bathroom floor not very clean, likewise the bathroom basin bench

Loved the shower 🚿 was so good after a long drive we arrived after check in time closed but the staff where so helpful when I messaged to let them know and prompt reply with instructions very grateful 🙂🙂

The bed was comfortable and the room was warm because of the air conditioning unit.

The room and floor felt damp and there was mould in the bathroom. There needs to be more towels and something to wipe down the bathroom walls as the room filled with steam. The floor was slippery because of the steam and the shower door was difficult to open. The entrance door was covered and dripping with condensation making the air in the room feel cold. This was disappointing as the cost to stay at another hotel nearby, was less.
